Terms of Service

Digital assets are extremely volatile and you may lose all capital deployed. Signals are probabilistic, derived from incomplete third-party data, and may be delayed, wrong, or revised without notice. You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, tax obligations, and outcomes. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction.

Cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets are highly volatile, largely unregulated, and carry a substantial risk of total loss. Prices can move dramatically within seconds, liquidity can vanish, and tokens can become worthless or unsellable.

• Past social trends, momentum metrics, and historical signal performance do not guarantee future results.
• You acknowledge that you trade entirely at your own risk, with capital you can afford to lose, and after your own independent research.
• We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or money-services business, and we do not custody assets or execute trades on your behalf.

By accessing or using the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with us and accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms are intended to be enforceable under applicable United States federal and state law and under applicable Canadian federal and provincial law. If any provision is held unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a contract.
• You may not use the platform if you are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where use would be unlawful.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, authentication tokens, and API keys, and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@yourdomain.com of any suspected unauthorized access.

Market, on-chain, launch, and social data are aggregated from third-party sources including DEX Screener, Solana JSON-RPC providers, Jupiter, Uniswap subgraphs, CoinGecko, Pump.fun, X, Discord, and TikTok public data APIs. Social sentiment and trend metrics are derived from aggregated public content only.

The platform and all data are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. Upstream providers may rate-limit, change, degrade, or discontinue access at any time, which may reduce coverage, delay tier promotion, or suspend features without notice.

The platform, engine logic, scoring models, tier taxonomy, interface, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own internal purposes.

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform without written authorization;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish signals or scores;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the scoring models;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication;
• upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, malware, or automated abuse tooling;
• use the platform to manipulate markets or violate applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading capital, missed opportunities, data loss, or losses caused by third-party data errors or downtime. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the platform, your trading decisions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (Province of Ontario, Canada for Canadian residents), without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your US state or Canadian province applies.

Binding arbitration. Except for small-claims matters and injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse, disputes will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitral body, seated in Delaware, in English.

Class action waiver. Claims must be brought individually. You and we waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding, and waive trial by jury, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Residents of Quebec and other jurisdictions where such waivers are unenforceable retain their statutory rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the platform at any time.
