Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have as a resident of the United States or Canada.

Key points in plain English
  • We never sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
  • We collect account basics, technical usage data, and nothing more than we need.
  • Social data is aggregated and public only — no private profiles or messages.
  • Tokens are encrypted with AES-256; logs are pruned on a routine schedule.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion under CCPA/CPRA and PIPEDA.

01Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Crypto Early-Signal Intelligence Engine. It is written to align with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, comparable US state privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia), and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) together with substantially similar provincial laws.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

02Information We Collect

Account data. Email address, display name, and authentication tokens issued by our authentication provider.

Technical and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, pages viewed, sync actions triggered, cookies and similar local storage used for session management, and diagnostic/error logs.

External data. The platform processes aggregated public market, on-chain, and social data — token pairs, prices, liquidity, transaction counts, wallet-flow aggregates, hashtags, and public post volume — retrieved through third-party APIs. We do not collect private messages, private account details, or personal profiles of social-media users, and we do not attempt to identify individuals from public social data.

03How We Use Data

  • Operating the signal feed, tier classification, and trading alerts you request.
  • Improving machine-learning and scoring accuracy through outcome evaluation and model calibration.
  • Securing accounts, detecting abuse, rate-limit enforcement, and fraud prevention.
  • Sending service, security, and product updates.
  • Meeting legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

04Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third-party advertisers. We disclose limited data to service providers who process it only on our instructions under contract:

  • Cloud hosting, database, and serverless compute providers.
  • Authentication and identity providers (including optional Google sign-in).
  • Error monitoring and analytics used to keep the platform reliable.
  • Market, on-chain, and social data APIs (outbound queries only — no user identity).

No sale of personal data. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information to data brokers or advertising networks for money or other valuable consideration.

TikTok data. Where TikTok public data is used, we operate in compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and platform policies, ingesting only aggregated public metrics such as hashtag and engagement counts.

We may disclose information where required by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

05North American Privacy Rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, limit use of sensitive personal information, and exercise these rights without retaliation. We do not sell or share personal information, so no opt-out of sale is required. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority.

Other US state residents. Where your state law grants access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeal rights, we honour equivalent requests.

Canadian residents (PIPEDA). You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent (which may end your ability to use parts of the platform), and receive an explanation of how your information is used and disclosed. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner.

To exercise any right, email privacy@yourdomain.com from your account address. We respond within 45 days (US) or 30 days (PIPEDA), and will tell you if we need an extension.

06Data Retention & Security

Authentication tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted over TLS. Access to production data is restricted by row-level security policies and least-privilege service roles.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Technical logs and raw social/market samples are pruned on a routine cleanup schedule (typically 30–90 days), while aggregated, non-identifying signal history is retained to evaluate model performance. Deleted account data is purged from active systems within 30 days, and from backups on their normal rotation.
